BJ43 restoration

Beitrag von Economist »

Hi,
my name is Andrey. Several years ago I've bought the Land Cruiser BJ43 in Germany.
Last 2 years I restore it in a German company. So it's time to introduce the car to the Buschtaxi members.
I have to apologize for writing in English.

Hi,
That´s awsome!
Compared to what it looked like before the restoration - even in same colour - the result is brilliant an way different! More original is simply not possible!!!

Thanks!

The engine were overhauled in Hannover (Motoren Henze); the body was restored in Berlin; the assamble was done by ORCM (Holger), i just slightly helped them.

The only problematic part was the gearbox, instead of 1 month it was overhauled in 6 months, and looks like not very professional. It's a very famous company in Germany, but i don't want to make a negative PR.

Here is a short overview of the spare parts I was lucky to find for this project
