My HZJ78 has just been equiped with a set of AT 235-85-R16 and OME suspensions. With this setup, my truck is getting quite dirty even in normal driving conditions...quite normal given the new height of the vehicle.
Would anyone have any recommendations on a set of fender flares that would fit the HZJ78, ideally with a mounting system that would avoid making holes in the body / underbody.
thanks,

Hi Sierra,
I doubt that you will find something "off the shelf" that meets your needs. At the moment, I am producing some flares for my Patrol using rubber belt material. To fix them to the fenders I will use the given joints to which the original flares (that were too large for my tires) were attached.
Hope this helps!

Hi Sierra,
The question is how wide do you need? I have 285/75R16s (and OME) with 'rubber' flares similar to the ones in
http://www.buschtaxi.de/downloadz/umbauten/casty04.jpg
These are 'glued' to the body with silicon.
If you need wider, have a look at

Fender flares
Hi all,
Just got a mail from 'Guest' asking where I got my 'fender flares' ... (Would have replied in the mail, but is a bit hard to reply to 'guest'...)
Its a bit hard
Mine are not exactly the same as the casty but look very similar, and I got them from Tom's Fahrzeug Technik.
